I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. My experience has been in many different settings from inpatient, long term acute care, skilled nursing facilities, behavioral, outpatient, population health management, and most recently renal health. I couple my experiences, skills and knowledge with motivational interviewing to guide patient's towards successful health outcomes that are tailored to the individual. I am currently offering Telehealth virtual medical nutrition therapy sessions and in-home visits. I do accept select insurance plans, please reach out and we will find out what services you are eligible for and if a referral is required for the visit. Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) begins with an evaluation to assess your health, medical conditions, nutritional status, body anthropometrics, diet, and physical activity. Based on this information we collaboratively create a nutrition plan that is individualized to your needs.
